Beta terms

1. The beta is free. You don’t pay anything and you don’t commit to anything.
2. You must be 18 or over.
3. Upload only photos you took yourself or have the right to use. Please avoid photos where other people can be recognised.
4. Your photos stay yours. You allow us to process them only to create your enhanced images and, if you ticked the box, to look at them to improve FotoGusto.
5. FotoGusto is a test version provided “as is”. Results may vary, the service may be unavailable at times, and features may change during the test. Please keep your own copy of every photo you upload.
6. Your access is personal – please don’t share your invite code. We may end access if it is misused or inactive, as described in our emails.
7. You can leave at any time with the link in our emails.
8. Hungarian law applies. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your own country.
